Description
The BIOBASE BNP Series is a fully automated, open-platform nucleic acid extraction system designed for magnetic-bead laboratory workflows. Available in 32-sample and 48-sample configurations, the system combines programmable extraction protocols, eight independent heating modules, adjustable oscillating mixing, UV disinfection, and a responsive 7-inch touchscreen interface.
The BNP32 and BNP48 accommodate sample volumes from 20–500 μL and processing volumes from 60–1,000 μL. Magnetic-bead recovery is rated above 98%, with inter-well extraction variation rated at CV ≤3%. Extraction cycles typically require approximately 8–60 minutes per run, depending on the reagent and selected protocol.

Warranty
The BIOBASE BNP32 and BNP48 are covered by the manufacturer’s applicable limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the final sales contract and warranty confirmation issued with the order. Warranty service generally covers eligible repair parts and technical support but excludes consumables, reagents, routine maintenance, shipping damage, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, and normal wear. Any visible freight damage or operational issue should be reported promptly after delivery. Final warranty duration, labor coverage, return procedures, and international service terms will be confirmed before shipment.
