Manufactured under Kossan’s Classic Series, the SS35 combines Low Derma technology, finger-textured surfaces, and an ambidextrous design for efficient use across healthcare, laboratory, dental, pharmaceutical, food-handling, sanitation, and other professional environments.
The gloves are manufactured without natural rubber latex and feature a smooth chlorinated interior that supports easier donning while reducing powder residue. A minimum 240 mm glove length provides extended hand and wrist coverage, while the textured fingertips help improve grip and handling precision in wet or dry working conditions.

Commercial Availability
This product is supplied factory-direct under an FOB Port Klang, Malaysia arrangement. The minimum order is one complete 20-foot full-container load for the selected packaging configuration.
First orders generally require approximately 60–90 days because of artwork development, packaging approval, production scheduling, and quality-control processing. Repeat orders generally require approximately 50 days, subject to production capacity and material availability.
Quality Assurance and Inspection
Each order is supported by the manufacturer’s in-house quality-assurance procedures. Independent third-party inspection may be arranged before shipment at the buyer’s expense. Final case count, carton markings, gross weight, production lot information, and shipping configuration will be confirmed on the commercial packing list.
Warranty and Claims
The manufacturer’s quotation does not specify a fixed warranty period. Truway Health warrants that the delivered goods will materially conform to the approved purchase order, specifications, packaging configuration, and shipment documents at the time of delivery.
Claims involving manufacturing defects, shortages, incorrect sizing, damaged cartons, or specification nonconformance must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of delivery and should include photographs, lot numbers, carton labels, packing-list references, and inspection records. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, account credit, or another commercially reasonable remedy.
The warranty does not cover improper storage, misuse, unauthorized repackaging, expired inventory, exposure to unsuitable chemicals, normal deterioration, or freight damage occurring after the applicable transfer of risk.
