Limited Conformity Warranty
These disposable gloves are warranted to conform materially to the approved product specification and packaging configuration at shipment. Claims for visible shortages, packaging damage, or manufacturing nonconformity must be submitted in writing within 10 business days after delivery and must include the purchase-order number, affected lot number, quantity, photographs, and supporting inspection records.
The available remedy is replacement, credit, or refund of the verified affected goods, at the seller’s discretion. Coverage excludes normal consumption, opened or partially used cases, improper storage, expired inventory, contamination after delivery, misuse, unauthorized relabeling, customer-supplied artwork errors, and use outside the product’s documented limitations.
