Limited Product Warranty One-Year Limited Apparel Warranty Truway Health, Inc. warrants the Classico U07 Men’s LIGHT All-Day Comfort Lab Coat to the original purchaser against verified defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the documented delivery date. This limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Truway Health, Inc. or through an authorized Truway Health sales channel and used under normal professional apparel conditions. Covered Defects Subject to inspection and approval, warranty coverage may include: Defective stitching or seam separation not caused by normal wear Manufacturing-related fabric defects Defective buttons, closures, or permanently attached garment components Material flaws present at delivery Incorrectly assembled garment panels Significant construction defects affecting ordinary use Delivery of a size, color, or model different from the confirmed order Minor variations in texture, shade, measurements, stitching alignment, or appearance that are consistent with normal textile production are not considered manufacturing defects. Available Warranty Remedies For an approved warranty claim, Truway Health may, at its discretion: Repair the affected garment; Replace it with the same or a substantially equivalent product; Issue store credit for the verified value of the affected item; or Refund the original product purchase price when repair or replacement is not commercially practical. The available remedy is limited to the affected garment. Shipping, embroidery, customization, duties, taxes, installation, consequential expenses, and third-party service charges are not refundable unless expressly authorized in writing. Replacement products do not restart the original warranty period. A replacement remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty term or 90 days from replacement delivery, whichever is longer. Warranty Exclusions This limited warranty does not cover damage or performance changes resulting from: Normal wear and tear Gradual fading, pilling, abrasion, wrinkling, or fabric softening Improper sizing selection or fit preference Failure to follow the garment care label Excessive heat, high-temperature drying, or unauthorized ironing Bleach, harsh detergents, solvents, disinfectants, or chemical exposure Industrial laundering not approved for the garment Repeated sterilization, autoclaving, or decontamination procedures Biological, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or hazardous-material contamination Tears, punctures, burns, cuts, snagging, or accidental damage Misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper storage Unauthorized repair, alteration, tailoring, or modification Embroidery, screen printing, patches, heat-transfer graphics, or private-label customization Damage caused by third-party decorators or laundry providers Failure to use task-appropriate personal protective equipment Products purchased from unauthorized sellers Products without valid order documentation Clearance, final-sale, sample, demonstration, or liquidation merchandise when identified as such at purchase Customization and Embroidery Customized, embroidered, altered, or specially manufactured garments are generally nonreturnable unless Truway Health confirms that the product contains a covered manufacturing defect or that the customization materially differs from the approved written order. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, titles, logos, spelling, colors, dimensions, and placement instructions before customization begins. Size and Fit Disclaimer Garment measurements and sizing charts are provided as selection guidance and do not guarantee a particular fit. Individual body shape, layering preferences, posture, and fit expectations may affect suitability. A properly supplied garment that matches the size ordered is not defective solely because the customer prefers a different fit. Customers should verify sizing before ordering, particularly before embroidery, alteration, or bulk distribution. Professional Apparel and PPE Limitation The Classico U07 is professional workplace apparel. It is not sold as sterile apparel and is not warranted or represented as: A surgical gown An isolation gown A chemical-protective garment A flame-resistant garment A hazardous-material suit A certified barrier garment A substitute for required personal protective equipment The purchaser and employing organization are responsible for determining whether the garment is appropriate for the intended workplace, exposure level, infection-control policy, laundering process, and applicable occupational-safety requirements. Warranty Claim Procedure To submit a warranty claim, the purchaser should provide: Truway Health order number or invoice Purchaser’s name and contact information Product SKU and selected size Date of delivery Description of the claimed defect Clear photographs of the garment and affected area Photograph of the garment label Information regarding laundering, customization, and use Truway Health may require the product to be returned for evaluation. Products must not be returned without return authorization and shipping instructions. Contaminated garments must not be shipped to Truway Health. The purchaser must disclose any actual or suspected biological, chemical, pharmaceutical, or hazardous-material exposure before a return is authorized. Truway Health may refuse any garment that presents a health, sanitation, or transportation risk. Inspection and Claim Determination All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. Truway Health may deny claims when the reported condition is attributable to excluded damage, ordinary wear, improper laundering, contamination, unauthorized alteration, or insufficient supporting documentation. Authorization to return a product does not constitute advance approval of the warranty claim. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties Except for the express limited warranty stated above, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truway Health, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or arising by course of dealing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and suitability for a specific clinical, laboratory, occupational, or institutional application. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply to every purchaser. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truway Health, Inc., its suppliers, affiliates, officers, employees, and distribution partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, laundering, customization, contamination, loss, or disposal of the garment. This limitation includes, without limitation: Lost revenue or profits Business interruption Replacement staffing or uniform expenses Loss of contracts or institutional opportunities Medical or occupational claims Contamination response costs Laundry or decontamination expenses Damage to other clothing or property Third-party claims Loss of data or reputation Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Truway Health for the specific garment giving rise to the claim. Consumer Rights This limited warranty provides specific contractual rights. Purchasers may have additional rights under applicable state, federal, provincial, national, or local consumer-protection laws.
