One-Year Truway Health Limited Apparel Warranty Truway Health, Inc. warrants the Classico U06 Men’s URBAN Streamlined Elegance Lab Jacket to the original purchaser against verified defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the documented delivery date. This warranty applies only to new garments purchased directly from Truway Health, Inc. or an authorized Truway Health sales channel and used under normal professional apparel conditions. What This Warranty Covers Subject to inspection and approval, the limited warranty may cover: Manufacturing-related fabric defects Defective stitching or seam separation Improperly assembled garment panels Defective buttons or permanently attached components Structural pocket defects Material flaws present when the garment was delivered Significant construction defects that interfere with ordinary use Delivery of a model, size or color different from the confirmed order Minor differences in garment measurements, shade, surface texture, stitching alignment or appearance that fall within normal textile-production tolerances are not considered defects. Available Warranty Remedies For an approved warranty claim, Truway Health may, at its discretion: Repair the affected garment; Replace it with the same product; Replace it with a substantially equivalent product; Issue merchandise credit for the verified product value; or Refund the original purchase price of the affected garment when repair or replacement is not commercially practical. The warranty remedy applies only to the affected product. Original shipping, expedited service, embroidery, customization, duties, taxes and third-party service charges are excluded unless Truway Health expressly authorizes reimbursement in writing. A replacement garment remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the replacement delivery date, whichever is longer. Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover damage or performance changes resulting from: Normal wear and tear Gradual fading, pilling, wrinkling, abrasion or fabric softening Improper size selection or personal fit preference Failure to follow the attached care label Excessive heat or high-temperature drying Improper ironing, steaming or pressing Chlorine bleach or unapproved whitening products Harsh detergents, solvents or cleaning chemicals Biological, pharmaceutical or laboratory chemical exposure Industrial laundering not approved for the garment Autoclaving, sterilization or high-temperature decontamination Cuts, punctures, burns, snags, tears or accidental damage Improper storage, neglect, misuse or abuse Unauthorized alteration, tailoring or repair Embroidery, screen printing, heat-transfer graphics or patches Damage caused by a third-party decorator or laundry service Contamination that prevents safe inspection or return Products purchased from unauthorized sellers Products lacking valid proof of purchase Clearance, sample, demonstration, liquidation or final-sale products when identified as such at purchase The garment’s stain-resistant, stretch, anti-transparency and no-iron characteristics do not make it immune to permanent stains, chemical damage, excessive heat or improper laundering. Customization and Embroidery Customized, embroidered, altered or specially prepared garments are generally not returnable unless: The garment contains a covered manufacturing defect; Truway Health supplied the incorrect garment; The customization materially differs from the approved written instructions; or Truway Health expressly authorizes the return. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing and approving all names, professional credentials, logos, artwork, thread colors, spelling, dimensions and placement instructions before customization begins. Customization performed by an unauthorized third party may void warranty coverage for the altered portion of the garment and any related damage. Size and Fit Disclaimer Published sizing information is provided as selection guidance and does not guarantee a specific fit. Individual body shape, posture, layering preferences and personal expectations may affect how the jacket fits. A correctly supplied garment that matches the ordered size is not defective solely because the purchaser prefers a different fit. Sizing should be verified before: Embroidery Alteration Bulk employee distribution Private labeling Removal of original tags Extended professional use Professional Apparel and PPE Limitation The Classico U06 is professional workplace apparel. It is not inherently sterile and is not represented or warranted as: A surgical gown An isolation gown A fluid-resistant barrier garment A chemical-protective garment A hazardous-material suit A flame-resistant garment A sterile garment A substitute for required personal protective equipment The purchaser and employing organization are responsible for determining whether the garment is appropriate for the intended workplace, clinical procedure, laboratory environment, infection-control policy and occupational-safety requirements. Warranty Claim Requirements To submit a warranty claim, provide: Truway Health order number or invoice Purchaser’s name and contact information Product SKU and selected size Documented delivery date Description of the claimed defect Clear photographs of the garment Close-up photographs of the affected area Photograph of the care and identification labels Information concerning laundering and use Information concerning embroidery, alteration or customization Additional documentation may be requested when necessary to evaluate the claim. Return Authorization and Inspection Products must not be returned without authorization and shipping instructions from Truway Health. Issuance of a return authorization does not constitute advance approval of the warranty claim. All claims remain subject to inspection and verification. Truway Health may require the garment to be returned to an authorized inspection location. The purchaser should retain the original product until receiving return instructions. Contaminated Product Restrictions Garments exposed or potentially exposed to blood, bodily fluids, infectious materials, pharmaceuticals, laboratory chemicals, hazardous substances or other contaminants must not be returned without prior written authorization. The purchaser must disclose any known or suspected contamination before shipping the product. Truway Health may: Require written confirmation of appropriate decontamination; Request disposal instead of return; Decline to receive a garment presenting a health or transportation risk; or Deny a claim when the garment cannot be safely inspected. Claim Determination Warranty eligibility is determined following review of the documentation and, when required, physical inspection. A claim may be denied when the reported condition is attributable to: Normal wear Improper laundering Chemical exposure Unauthorized alteration Accidental damage Contamination Misuse Insufficient documentation A condition excluded by this warranty Disclaimer of Additional Warranties Except for the express limited warranty stated above, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truway Health, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement and suitability for a particular clinical, laboratory, occupational or institutional application. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of implied warranties. In those jurisdictions, the applicable limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truway Health, Inc., its affiliates, suppliers, officers, employees and distribution partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, laundering, alteration, contamination, loss or disposal of the garment. Excluded damages may include: Lost profits or revenue Business interruption Replacement staffing costs Uniform-program expenses Loss of contracts Medical or occupational claims Laundry or decontamination costs Damage to other clothing or property Third-party claims Reputational loss Loss of anticipated savings Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Truway Health for the specific garment giving rise to the claim. Consumer and Statutory Rights This warranty provides specific contractual rights. Purchasers may have additional rights under applicable state, federal, provincial, national or local law. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disclaimed or restricted.
