The BIOBASE SK-D3309-Pro 3D Orbital Shaker and SK-R330-Pro Rocking Shaker are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty beginning on the date of delivery to the original purchaser, unless a different warranty period is stated in the sales quotation or purchase agreement. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising during normal laboratory use. During the warranty period, the manufacturer or authorized distributor will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective components without charge for replacement parts. Warranty service may require inspection, troubleshooting, photographs, video documentation, serial-number verification, or return of the equipment to an authorized service facility. Covered Components Shaker motor and internal drive mechanism Electronic speed-control system Display, switches, and operating controls Factory-installed electrical components Structural defects affecting normal equipment operation Warranty Exclusions The warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, overloading, impact, liquid intrusion, improper cleaning, or improper installation Operation outside the specified 100–240V, 50/60Hz electrical range Damage caused by unstable power, voltage surges, fire, flooding, or other external events Normal wear, cosmetic damage, corrosion, or deterioration caused by chemicals or environmental exposure Platforms, mats, clamps, vessel holders, fuses, power cords, and other consumable or removable accessories Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or replacement of factory-installed components Damage occurring during transportation after delivery or during an unauthorized return shipment Use outside the stated speed, tilt, environmental, or maximum-load specifications Warranty Claim Requirements Warranty claims must include the product model, serial number, purchase record, delivery date, description of the issue, and supporting photographs or videos when requested. The purchaser must stop operating the equipment if continued use could cause additional damage or create a safety risk. Replacement parts or equipment supplied under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Labor, travel, customs duties, import charges, expedited freight, installation, calibration, validation, and on-site service are excluded unless specifically included in the original sales agreement. This limited warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable without written authorization from the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
