Description

Select the SK-O900L Orbital Shaker for smooth horizontal circular motion or the SK-L108L Linear Shaker for controlled back-and-forth reciprocating movement. Both versions operate from 30 to 240 RPM and support a broad AC 90–260 V, 50/60 Hz input range, making them suitable for domestic and international laboratory installations.

Warranty

This BIOBASE laboratory shaker is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the confirmed delivery date, unless a different warranty period is stated on the final quotation, invoice, or purchase agreement. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal laboratory use. At Truway Health’s discretion, an eligible claim may be resolved through technical support, replacement parts, repair, or replacement of the affected unit. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage or electrical supply, misuse, overloading, liquid intrusion, accidental impact, unauthorized modification or repair, improper cleaning, normal wear, or operation outside the manufacturer’s specifications. Damage occurring during transportation must be reported promptly and documented on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Warranty claims require the order number, model and serial number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video demonstrating the defect. The purchaser must obtain authorization before returning any equipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Replacement parts or repaired equipment are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Shipping, customs, duties, installation, calibration, and onsite service costs are excluded unless specifically included in the sales agreement.
