Truway Health One-Year Limited Apparel Warranty Truway Health warrants the Women’s Performance Jogger Scrub Set against defects in materials, stitching, embroidery, and workmanship for one year from the original delivery date when the garment is used and cared for under normal conditions. What This Warranty Covers This limited warranty applies to verified manufacturing defects, including: Premature separation of properly constructed seams Defective stitching or unfinished garment construction Embroidered Truway Health logo detaching or unraveling Drawstring, waistband, cuff, or pocket failure caused by defective workmanship Fabric defects present at delivery Incorrect color, size, or product variant shipped by Truway Health Missing components from the two-piece scrub set Minor variations in color, texture, stitching placement, or garment measurements that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects. Warranty Period Coverage begins on the confirmed delivery date and continues for 12 months. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. What Is Not Covered This warranty does not cover: Normal wear, fading, pilling, stretching, shrinkage, or fabric softening Damage caused by bleach, harsh chemicals, disinfectants, excessive heat, or improper laundering Stains, odors, contamination, bodily fluids, cosmetics, ink, oils, or environmental exposure Cuts, punctures, abrasions, burns, snags, or accidental damage Incorrect sizing or fit preferences Damage caused by alterations, tailoring, embroidery, patches, or modifications performed after delivery Damage caused by commercial or industrial laundering outside the garment-care instructions Loss, theft, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized resale Use of the garment as personal protective equipment Damage resulting from failure to follow the stated care instructions Available Warranty Remedies For an approved warranty claim, Truway Health may, at its discretion: Repair the affected garment; Replace the affected garment or complete scrub set with the same or a reasonably comparable item; Issue merchandise credit; or Refund the original product purchase price when repair or replacement is not reasonably available. Replacement products may vary slightly in shade, fabric lot, packaging, or design based on current inventory. Warranty remedies do not include compensation for lost wages, downtime, laundering expenses, third-party embroidery, or other indirect costs. How to Submit a Warranty Claim Contact Truway Health Customer Support and provide: Customer name Order number Product color and size Date of delivery Description of the suspected defect Clear photographs showing the full garment and affected area Photograph of the garment label and size tag Truway Health may request that the garment be returned for inspection before approving a remedy. Products should be cleaned and safely packaged before return. Garments presenting a biological, chemical, or contamination hazard will not be accepted. Shipping for Approved Claims When a claim is confirmed as a covered manufacturing defect, Truway Health will provide return instructions and may issue a prepaid domestic return label. Unauthorized returns or shipments sent without prior approval may be refused. International shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes may remain the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise required. Additional Terms This limited warranty is separate from the Truway Health return and exchange policy. Returns based on fit, preference, or an incorrect size selection must be requested within the applicable return period.
