Installation Requirements
Professional installation by a qualified medical-equipment installer and licensed electrician is required. The purchaser must verify ceiling structure, anchoring capacity, finished ceiling height, electrical service, suspension clearance, room layout, and compatibility with other ceiling-mounted equipment before production.
Warranty
Includes a 12-month limited warranty covering verified manufacturing defects under normal clinical use. Warranty service may include replacement parts and remote technical support. Labor, travel, installation corrections, consumables, accidental damage, improper cleaning, voltage-related damage, unauthorized modification, and structural mounting work are excluded unless specifically included in the sales agreement.
