Designed for modern operating rooms, ambulatory surgical centers and hospital imaging departments, the PLX 2119 Series provides intraoperative imaging without requiring a separate monitor cart. Its all-in-one architecture integrates the image-acquisition controls, X-ray generator interface and clinical display system onto the mobile C-arm workstation.
A counterbalanced C-arm supports controlled positioning around the patient, while two-way laser alignment assists with tube and detector positioning. The large touch-sensitive display provides real-time access to imaging parameters, image processing and examination controls. A secondary touchscreen supports workflow control near the operator console.
The upgraded dynamic flat-panel detector captures a larger anatomical field in a single acquisition. This can be particularly useful for lumbar vertebral imaging, pelvic visualization, fracture fixation, pedicle screw placement, extremity procedures and other applications where spatial orientation and implant positioning are critical.
