Warranty Coverage Truway Health warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal clinical use for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase or initial deployment, whichever occurs first. Coverage includes: Acoustic performance degradation due to manufacturing defects Structural failure of the chestpiece, tubing, or binaurals under normal use Premature wear of ear tips or diaphragm components attributable to material defects 2. Exclusions This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification Normal wear and tear from routine clinical use Exposure to solvents, sterilization chemicals, or extreme temperatures beyond manufacturer specifications Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage not affecting function 3.
