The 3M™ Littmann® Classic III™ Stethoscope combines the trusted acoustic performance of the Classic III platform with a distinctive bright pink tube, gold-tone binaural assembly, and iridescent rainbow-finish chestpiece. Designed for clinicians, nurses, medical students, EMTs, and other healthcare professionals, the Classic III supports routine physical assessment and auscultation in a durable, portable format.
The dual-sided chestpiece provides adult and pediatric auscultation capability, while tunable diaphragms allow clinicians to hear different frequency ranges by varying pressure on the chestpiece. The pediatric side can also be converted to a traditional open bell using the included non-chill sleeve.

Its two-sided stainless-steel chestpiece allows the user to alternate between adult and pediatric auscultation surfaces. Tunable diaphragm technology permits low- and high-frequency sounds to be evaluated without repeatedly repositioning the chestpiece.
This configuration stands out with high-visibility pink tubing, a gold-colored headset/binaural assembly, and a multi-tone rainbow-finish chestpiece that produces different hues depending on lighting and viewing angle.
