Truway Health warrants Transparent IV Dressings to be free from material and manufacturing defects and to conform to the specifications stated on the applicable order at the time of delivery. Defective, damaged, or nonconforming product may be eligible for replacement or credit following verification.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, handling, transportation after delivery, misuse, alteration, repackaging, use after the labeled expiration date, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. Individually packaged products that have been opened or used are not returnable unless confirmed defective.
Any manufacturer-specific warranty, shelf-life, sterility, storage, and expiration terms stated on the product labeling or Certificate of Analysis/Conformance will apply.
