Truway Health™ Limited Warranty All products sold by Truway Health, Inc. are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Standard Warranty Coverage 13-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. Lifetime Technical Support provided by Truway Health and/or the manufacturer for installation guidance, troubleshooting, and product operation. Replacement components are provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policies and product availability. Commercial-grade products are intended for institutional, laboratory, hospital, pathology, mortuary, funeral service, educational, and government applications. Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear Cosmetic damage Misuse or abuse Unauthorized modifications Improper installation Improper electrical supply Improper maintenance Accidental damage Fire, flood, natural disasters, or other force majeure events Damage occurring during third-party transportation after delivery acceptance Consumable components unless otherwise specified Shipping & Inspection Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any visible freight damage or shortages should be noted with the carrier and reported to Truway Health within 5 business days of receipt. Returns Returns require prior written authorization (RMA). Returned products must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless otherwise approved. Certain custom-built, made-to-order, hygienic, or special-order products may be non-returnable. Technical Support Truway Health provides technical support for product operation, installation guidance, replacement parts identification, warranty coordination, and procurement assistance throughout the product lifecycle. Commercial Notice All products are intended for professional institutional use. Installation, operation, and maintenance should be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truway Health's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price, at its discretion.
