Breathe Beyond Boundaries
The Drive DeVilbiss iGo®2 Portable Oxygen Concentrator is engineered for patients who refuse to let oxygen therapy define the limits of their day. Weighing less than five pounds with its battery installed, the iGo2 combines sophisticated oxygen-delivery intelligence with a rugged, travel-conscious design that moves comfortably from the home to the car, airport, hotel or everyday destination.
At the center of the iGo2 experience is patented SmartDose® Technology, which monitors changes in the user’s breathing rate and automatically adjusts oxygen delivery as activity increases. This responsive technology helps maintain consistent oxygen support without requiring the user to repeatedly change settings manually.
Compact in stature yet distinguished in capability, the iGo2 offers five oxygen-delivery settings, quiet operation, an accessible battery compartment and a clear LCD interface—all protected by a durable overmold designed to help withstand the demands of daily transport.
Cherish every breath—and carry confidence wherever life leads.
Signature Advantages
SmartDose® Adaptive Oxygen Delivery
SmartDose Technology detects changes in breathing patterns and increases oxygen delivery when the user’s breath rate rises. The system is designed to support active transitions while reducing the need for manual setting adjustments.
Two Selectable Delivery Modes
Choose between:
- SmartDose® Mode for responsive, activity-aware oxygen delivery
- Standard PulseDose® Mode for conventional pulse-dose operation
Less Than Five Pounds
At approximately 4.95 pounds with the battery installed, the iGo2 is exceptionally portable and easy to carry in its fitted travel bag.
Quiet, Discreet Performance
A typical measured sound level of approximately 37.5 dBA at setting 2 supports quiet operation in residential, social and travel environments.
Sensitive Breath Detection
The advanced conserver trigger is designed to detect inhalation at lower pressure, helping deliver the prescribed oxygen pulse promptly.
Travel-Ready Design
The iGo2 is identified by the manufacturer as FAA-compliant for air travel, supporting greater mobility for qualifying passengers who follow airline and physician requirements.
Rugged Protective Construction
A durable protective overmold adds an additional layer of resistance against incidental bumps, drops and everyday handling.

The iGo2 is a medical oxygen-delivery device and must be selected, configured and used according to a licensed healthcare professional’s prescription and the manufacturer’s instructions.
Pulse-dose oxygen systems are not appropriate for every patient or every clinical situation. The prescribing clinician should verify that the patient can reliably trigger the device and receives adequate oxygenation during rest, sleep, exertion and travel.
Do not change a prescribed oxygen setting without professional authorization. This device is not intended to replace emergency medical oxygen, continuous-flow equipment when continuous flow is clinically required, or immediate emergency care.
Air-Travel Notice
Although the manufacturer identifies the iGo2 as FAA-compliant, airline policies, battery rules and documentation requirements vary. Travelers should contact the airline before departure, carry adequate charged batteries and follow all physician, airline, airport and regulatory instructions.
