The BK-3201 Neonatal Infant Incubator is a hospital-grade thermal care system designed to provide a controlled environment for newborn and neonatal patients. The incubator features an LCD control interface, an enclosed infant cabinet, and adjustable bed-temperature regulation across all configurations.

Five configurations are available to support different clinical and budget requirements. Depending on the selected variant, the BK-3201 may include skin-temperature control, humidity regulation, oxygen concentration control, and height-adjustable positioning.

Warranty

The BK-3201 Neonatal Infant Incubator is covered by a five-year limited warranty beginning on the documented delivery date to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the incubator’s main cabinet, LCD display, electronic control system, heating system, temperature sensors, temperature-control components, humidity-control components, oxygen-control components, alarms, and powered height-adjustment mechanism when included with the purchased configuration. During the warranty period, the manufacturer or authorized distributor may, following technical evaluation, repair the defective component, provide replacement parts, replace the affected equipment, or offer another commercially reasonable remedy. Warranty Requirements Warranty service requires proof of purchase, the equipment serial number, installation and operation according to the manufacturer’s instructions, use by trained personnel, and completion of all prescribed inspection, calibration, cleaning, and preventive-maintenance procedures. The purchaser may be required to provide photographs, videos, operating logs, alarm codes, maintenance records, or other diagnostic information before a warranty claim is approved. Warranty Exclusions The five-year limited warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper cleaning, improper storage, or operation outside the specified conditions Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or use of unapproved parts and accessories Damage caused by incorrect voltage, unstable electrical supply, power surges, fire, water, impact, natural disasters, or external environmental conditions Damage occurring during transportation after delivery unless covered by separate freight insurance Normal wear, cosmetic deterioration, mattresses, filters, seals, tubing, cables, batteries, lamps, disposable accessories, and other consumable items Failures resulting from missed preventive maintenance, inspection, or calibration Clinical outcomes, loss of use, lost revenue, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages Service, Labor and Transportation Remote technical troubleshooting may be provided before onsite or depot service is authorized. Warranty-approved replacement parts will be supplied according to the service determination. Unless expressly included in the quotation or purchase agreement, technician travel, onsite labor, installation, expedited shipping, international freight, customs duties, return transportation, calibration services, and loaner equipment are not included. All equipment and parts returned for service require prior authorization and must be appropriately cleaned, disinfected, packaged, and documented. Warranty term: Five years from the documented delivery date, subject to the final sales agreement and applicable manufacturer or authorized-distributor service terms.
