What information do we collect?

 

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form.

 

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: full name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.  You may visit our site anonymously without entering any information if you only intend on viewing. If you would like to place an order or utilize any of our services, we will prompt you to enter in any necessary information we require to do business with you. Any and all data you provide our company for business purposes will be protected and stored properly in accordance to data protection laws in the U.S.A to ensure a safe and easy customer experience. Data breaches are extremely rare and we employ a suite of cyber security products to protect our customers sensitive information. In the rare event of a data breach, we will notify the affected parties immediately and we will work with them to take any action needed to prevent their data from being getting leaked to any third-parties. In the event of a data breach, we will make every effort to recover the stolen data and notify the proper authorities of the breach in accordance with the data protection laws of the U.S.A

All payment information for credit and debit cards are processed with our payment processing partner Square Payments and we will never provide your payment information to any other third party besides our payment processor Square Payments which employs a 256-bit encrypted payment gateway to accept payments through our website.

To send periodic emails

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you important company information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. We will never spam your inbox with promotional offers and we limit our promotional email mailings to no more than twice per month. 

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails related to promotions and company news/updates, we include easy unsubscribe instructions in each email at the footer. You may also submit a written unsubscribe request at any time by responding to the email sent to your inbox by our company and we will remove you from our mailing list promptly. All emails from our organization will end with our website domain @truwayhealth.com. Any email containing our company logo and branding that does not end with our website domain @truwauhealth.com is most likely a phishing email. We ask if you receive any email with our branding that appears to be improper or phishing to report it to a member of our team immediately so we can take necessary action and report the phishing scam to the appropriate authorities.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of an exclusive private company secure server.  All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Any changes or adjustments to data in our system is recorded and time-stamped for record-keeping purposes in order to ensure we keep a proper record of any changes in customer data to comply with the data protection laws in the U.S.A

After a transaction, your financial information (credit cards, financials, etc.) is not stored on our servers. Our payment processing provider will never sell or store your payment information without proper written authorization. Any breaches of sensitive information including billing information will be reported immediately and all parties affected will be notified with information on the data that was breached and how it affects them.

Do we use cookies?
