Status: Released – Pending PRS Review
Start Date: October 6, 2025

Overview

Truway Health, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of The HEALTH Trial (Humanoid Evaluation and Learning Trial in Healthcare) — a first-of-its-kind, coalition-aligned clinical study designed to evaluate the real-world performance of humanoid robotics in healthcare environments.

Conducted across major metro facilities in New York, Austin, Frankfurt, and Tokyo, this multi-phase interventional study explores how humanoid systems can assist with patient intake, sanitation, mobility, and ESG-linked operations while maintaining transparency through blockchain-based audit systems.

Study Purpose

The HEALTH Trial aims to establish scalable, transparent frameworks for humanoid integration in healthcare—anchored in coalition governance, public oversight, and smart contract automation.

Each deployed humanoid unit is evaluated across five biometric dimensions:

  • Motor function

  • Cognitive response

  • ESG compliance

  • Biotech integration

  • Human interaction

Performance data are SHA-256 notarized and published to the Truway Coalition Dashboard, ensuring immutable and auditable oversight.

Study Design

  • Type: Interventional (Health Services Research)

  • Estimated Enrollment: 400 participants

  • Allocation: Randomized

  • Masking: None (Open Label)

  • Primary Completion Date: October 6, 2031

Humanoid robotics units are deployed across multiple metro healthcare facilities, each representing a distinct intervention arm. Units integrate biotech enhancements — including skin cell regeneration dips and stem cell neural augmentation — to assess sensitivity, responsiveness, and workflow efficiency.

Study Arms

  1. New York Facility – Skin Cell Deployment

    • Intervention: Keratinocyte-based skin cell dip

    • Focus: Motor function, ESG compliance

  2. Austin Facility – Stem Cell Cognitive Enhancement

    • Intervention: iPSC-derived stem cell dip

    • Focus: Neural responsiveness, biotech retention

  3. Frankfurt Facility – ESG Optimization

    • Intervention: ESG compliance monitoring protocol

    • Focus: Carbon offset, sanitation adherence

  4. Tokyo Facility – Wage Token Calibration

    • Intervention: HumanoidWage (HMW) token distribution

    • Focus: Interaction scoring, blockchain-based compensation

Outcome Measures

Primary Outcome:

  • Achieve a biometric audit score ≥85 across all five performance dimensions within 30 days post-deployment.

Secondary Outcomes:

  • ESG audit compliance ≥90

  • Wage token distribution monitoring over 90 days

  • ≥15% increase in clinical workflow efficiency

? Eligibility

  • Ages: 18–75 years

  • Eligible Participants: Facility staff, clinical auditors, ESG observers, coalition stakeholders

  • Exclusion: Cognitive impairment, infectious isolation, adverse biotech reactions, or protocol noncompliance

Study Locations

  • Truway Health, Inc. — New York, NY

  • Coalition Retrofit Clinic — Austin, TX

  • ESG Compliance Lab — Frankfurt, Germany

Data Transparency and Sharing

Truway Health will share Individual Participant Data (IPD) — including biometric audit scores, ESG metrics, and wage token logs — with qualified researchers beginning April 1, 2026. All data will be de-identified, SHA-256 notarized, and DAO-approved for coalition transparency.

Supporting documentation includes:

  • Study Protocol

  • Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP)

  • Informed Consent Form (ICF)

  • Clinical Study Report (CSR)

  • Analytic Code

Access will be granted through Truway Health’s Secure Coalition Dashboard at truwayhealth.com.

⚙️ Regulatory Notes

  • IRB Status: Exempt

  • FDA-Regulated Drug Product: Yes

  • FDA-Regulated Device Product: No

  • Manufactured and Exported from the U.S.: Yes

Abstract

Background: Truway Health, Inc. has initiated an integrated diagnostic and logistics framework leveraging blockchain, artificial intelligence, and portable medical technologies to optimize healthcare delivery, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

Objective: To design and evaluate a blockchain-anchored smart contract and DeFi automation infrastructure that enhances diagnostic accuracy, clinical interoperability, and secure data exchange across healthcare facilities, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Methods: The study incorporates portable diagnostic tools, AI-driven pathology systems, and federated data models interfaced with Ethereum-based smart contracts. The protocol utilizes oracles for real-time verification, IoT-enabled specimen tracking, and immutable blockchain journaling of test results. Smart contracts enforce compliance, manage consent, and automate payments through DeFi mechanisms while maintaining patient confidentiality via biometric and zero-knowledge proof methods.

Results: Preliminary deployment demonstrates improved diagnostic turnaround time, reduction in administrative redundancy, and enhanced trust through auditability and cryptographic verification. Blockchain journaling allows seamless integration of clinical data with Medicare/CMS Blue Button APIs and 3PL fulfillment logistics, ensuring continuity of care and efficient resource allocation.

Conclusion: The Truway Health system provides a scalable model for decentralized diagnostics and healthcare logistics. By combining blockchain governance, AI automation, and portable diagnostic instrumentation, it supports secure, efficient, and transparent medical operations across distributed healthcare environments.
